Biggest tip for Sekiro – with higher health enemies/bosses for the first half of a fight, dodging and countering creates more openings for damage than Relying on parries from the start will get you nowhere and just draws the fight

Also I kinda laugh at games say to use headphones because it has bi-audio-whatchamacallit as Im deaf in my left ear so these kinds of features are kinda useless for Ill always lose a part of the conversation or an instrument
