Swedish retailers list Far Cry 3

Two different Swedish retailers, Webhallen and the localized branch of GAME, are listing a new entry in Ubisoft’s open-ended mercenary series, Far Cry 3. 

“Rumours suggest this time the game will be played out in Africa but with an even larger world and with a completely updated Dunia engine,” writes GAME in its brief summary of the title. 

There’s no other news, but the have been rumors about the sequel being in production, which this retail listing would appear to back up. Given the relative success of Far Cry 2, it seems a given that Far Cry 3 is a real thing that’s happening, but we’ll have to sit tight until the official announcement.
