Terry Cavanagh's Dicey Dungeons rolls onto Steam next month

Snake eyes

Indie developer Terry Cavanagh, famous for VVVVVV and Super Hexagon, will be releasing his next project on Steam in a few weeks. Called Dicey Dungeons, the game is a deck-building, roguelike RPG with a cartoony art style based around gambling. There's goofy looking dice, colorful fruits, and crazy wizards. I'm not quite sure how that all fits together, but it looks delightful.

You can currently wishlight the game on Steam ahead of its August 13 release date.

If you're interested in the behind-the-scenes work done on the art, Destructoid actually posted a preview earlier this year. Darren seemed to enjoy this time with it and Cavanagh's name is legendary in the indie space, so this could be worth keeping your eye on.
