Obduction lands on PS4 this month

No Obductions here

The crowd-funded spiritual successor to Myst, Obduction, will be heading to PS4 on August 29. The game will include PSVR support for people who actually own the device, though it might not be ready for launch. There isn't any mention of PS4 Pro support, but I would imagine the VR component will include some use of the upgraded console's power.

If you pre-order the game through the PlayStation store right now, you can nab yourself some exclusive avatars and a theme for your console. I don't know if that is really worth it, but if you intend to grab this anyway, why not? The game is priced at $29.99 with no sale price, so you still have some time to think about all of those pictures you'll lose out on.
