MediEvil is out today, get into the spirit of things with these new trailers

Fortesque Rides Again

Today sees the launch of Other Ocean's remake of classic 1998 PlayStation title MediEvil. Spruced up with new visuals, sounds and mechanics, the tongue-in-cheek adventure is available to purchase on PS4 right now.

To mark the occasion, Sony Interactive has dropped two new videos: A launch trailer, and the newest entry in the ongoing "Guide to Surviving Gallowmere" series. This latter video looks at MediEvil's "Chalice" mechanic, and sees Sir Daniel rewarded whenever his cup runneth over with souls, gathered from the armies of enemies who oppose him.

If you want to know more about how this classic game holds up under modern scrutiny, then you can check out Chris Carter's review right here as well as his tips on staying alive... umm.. undead, in the grim locale of Gallowmere. MediEvil is available now on PS4.
