Just Cause 4 bringing in hoverboards for final DLC 'Danger Rising'

Unless you got POW-AH!

Square Enix' explosive shooter sequel Just Cause 4 is preparing its final DLC expansion, Danger Rising, which follows on from its previous add-ons featuring daredevil stunt work, inter-dimensional invasions and toy airplanes. Things get a little more serious in this final expansion but, this being Just Cause, the OTT factor is still ridin' high.

As you can see in the new trailer below, Danger Rising will see our boy Rico team with his buddy Tom Sheldon in an all-out war against The Agency. As a part of the eight new missions included in the DLC, Rico will get his Marty McFly on by piloting an all-new hoverboard, which developer Avalanche says completely changes up Just Cause's classic gameplay.

As well as the hoverboard, Danger Rising will be bringing a selection of new weapons to bear, including the powerful Sequoia 370 Mag-Slug, the gravity-defying Stormalong Em Zero rifle, and the drone-affiliated Yellowstone Auto Sniper Rifle. With this final expansion, the bombastic sandbox that is Just Cause 4 is now packed to the rafters with vehicles, missions, weapons and locales. Have fun.

The Danger Rising DLC goes live for Early Access/Season Pass owners August 29, before its official launch on September 5. Just Cause 4 is available now on PS4, PC and Xbox One.
