I think every Zelda: Breath of the Wild clip has just been topped

Flexing from multiple angles

It is not hyperbolic to say that nearly every month for the last four years, there has been a "must-see" Zelda: Breath of the Wild clip coming out of the community. Similarly, the incredible nature of the below clip cannot be understated.

Without a doubt, this is one of the coolest clips I've ever seen. From the Japanese YouTube channel (spotted by Twitter user GamesCage) ゼルダねこ, the clip is dubbed "1400m BtB trick shot." It does exactly what it says on the tin: the player jumps out of a window, prepares to surf on a Guardian Shield, then fires off an errant arrow. Bouncing off an enemy below, they glide across the sky, following the arrow all the way; which ends up hitting a Guardian perfectly.

It's incredible! We've seen plenty of close-combat trick shots, or even distance arrow tricks, but rarely something this far away (again, 1400m). Amazingly, the channel actually walks you through the process that they used to trigger "moon jumps," which were in turn to measure the distance between two points. The video below is actually mathematical!

The channel itself is primarily Japanese oriented, but you can turn on the closed captions for rough English translations. They even walk you through how to connect multiple Switch records (this is why there's a pause in the video). Hats off! I'm going to be thinking about this video for a while.
