Guild Wars 2: Heart of Thorns is half-off until next week

The holidays approach and sales are spreading through the Internet, and they have now reached the popular MMO from ArenaNet, Guild Wars 2. For one week, the first expansion to the game, Heart of Thorns, reaches a historic low price of $24.99. That's a big 50% discount.

The sale is, of course, timed with the latest third episode of Living World Season 3 arriving next week, November 21 (you can check out the teaser trailer here). Now free to play, picking up the expansion grants you full access to the world of Tyria and unlocks many more features, including the "max-level boost" which brings one of your characters to level 80.

The Deluxe Edition of the game should only be reserved for big fans of the series, as the extra $13.50 price tag will only bring you additional goodies in the form of in-game items, pet, and gears.

The sale runs from November 15 through November 22, 2016 at 11:59pm Pacific.
