Stories: The Path of Destinies is free on Steam right now

Free to celebrate Omensight

Stories: The Path of Destinies was a game that my friend and I took a chance on when it hit PS Plus a few years back. We thought the idea looked cool and we were in between playing other titles, so we figured we had nothing to lose. Turns out the game was pretty awesome. It mixes a branching narrative with multiple paths to create a kind of Groundhog's Day vibe that entices you to keep trying different things.

In anticipation for the upcoming follow-up, Omensight, Spearhead Games has decided to give the game away for free this weekend. All you'll have to do is sign into Steam, go to the store page and click install. The game will be yours to keep forever, so you won't even need to play it right this instance. You should definitely play it, though.

The giveaway will be live until tomorrow, May 13, so you'll need to act fast.
