Star Trek D-A-C heading to PSN this summer

Bad Robot Interactive’s lackluster dual-stick shooter Star Trek D-A-C is heading to PlayStation Network. Earlier today, publisher Paramount Digital Entertainment revealed that the movie-licensed downloadable game would hit Sony’s downloadable service later this summer with a few minor tweaks.

PSN players will be able to set limits for matches (kills, time) and adjust AI difficulty. In addition that, Bad Robot has retooled Conquest control point snatching, and made the online portion much more bearable. Now when a host decides that they would rather do something interesting and flick off the console, the game will automatically find another host. Neat-o.

The core PSN D-A-C experience will be comparable to the Xbox LIVE Arcade one. If you’re in the dark about this, definitely read our review. D-A-C is not a quality game.
