Activision is now offering standalone DJ Hero controllers for the first time, in case you wanted to mix it up with a friend, multiplayer-style. I don’t foresee a ton of people taking this offer up at the current price of $69.99, but it’s wise of them to give the option, especially if (more like “when?”) DJ Hero 2 is coming.
Personally, and I know many of you are planning on doing the same, I’m waiting for the inevitable post-Christmas price drops to occur. Considering Amazon was selling the full game and controller bundle in the neighborhood of these standalone turntables, it’s probably worth waiting it out.
