Square Enix announces Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn

Coming soon to PlayStation 3 and PC, Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn is a fully redesigned MMO. We've been calling it 2.0 like its an upgrade, but Square Enix says that this title has been rebuilt from the ground up, giving players a new world and storyline to enjoy. They promise "visually stunning graphics" as well as game design that will appeal to both PS3 and PC gamers. Interesting.

After you've enjoyed the new launch trailer, feel free to poke around the new official website, forum and Facebook page for the game.

What do you think? Does this look like something you'd get down with?
