Someone turned a Wii U into a PC and then emulated a Wii U on it

We heard you like Wii U

It appears modder Banjo Kazooie got Windows 10 to run on a Wii U and proceeded to use it to emulate the Wii U.

Kazooie posted the specs and all of the materials he used over on Sudomod, a message board for modders.

The build features an LCD touch screen, Intel m5 processor, and 4GB of RAM, with a 64GB SSD. It also has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and light-up joysticks for the Alienware enthusiast in you.

So if you're looking for a weird modding project and really want to play New Super Mario Bros. U on a portable PC, I guess, here you go.
