It has been a tough month for the world as several celebrities have passed away all at once. Apparently Solid Snake, hero of the Metal Gear series of videogames, has also passed.
We came across this memorial for the raspy-voiced hero at Anime Expo this past weekend. Mourners gathered around a crushed box — presumably one he died in — to pay their respects for the original stealth action game star. Located in a hallway of the Los Angeles Convention Center, sheets of paper were provided at the site should fans want to leave a message for Snake.
