Yesterday, we were given this new trailer for Serious Sam HD. I’ll say this for the game, it sure looks a whole lot better than Serious Sam does now. Not exactly high praise, but there it is. I suspect the success of this game is going to be down to nostalgia factor. Of course, I could be wrong. Serious Sam is an excellent game for hardcore twitch shooter fans, what with the constant flood of enemies.
This is the first time I can think of where I heard a game was being remade with HD graphics where I wasn’t really even the tiniest bit interested in playing it. Serious Sam is a good series, but I think I would have much rather seen a new installment than this remake.
The trailer lies beyond the fold. How about you lot? Are you going to rush to download it when it releases just to spite me, or do you have a valid reason for doing so?
