Sci-fi and fantasy tinted 'Elex' looks pretty great on paper

From Piranha Bytes

Piranha Bytes, of Gothic and Risen fame (or infamy), are hard at work on Elex, an RPG that mixes elements of both sci-fi and fantasy. Featuring no class system, players can basically learn everything, and wield both past and future weaponry like harpoons or shotguns. The story is fairly dystopian, in that your character is a military veteran who was under the influence of Elex, a substance that strips individuals of emotions.

I love the theme, which justifies itself by having a meteor wipe out "some" technology and introduce magic into the world. It sounds a bit silly "what if there were ninjas in space?!" but I like the screenshots and concept art so far, so I'm keeping an eye on this one.
