Resident Evil: Revelations 2 will be an episodic series

Coming to North America and Europe in early 2015

Resident Evil: Revelations 2 will be released as an episodic series, Capcom announced today.

The survival horror adventure is divided into four installments, which see anti-bioterrorist agents Claire Redfield and Moira Burton attempt to escape from a detention facility teeming with monstrosities.

The episodes will be available piecemeal for $5.99. A season pass with added content will also be on offer for $24.99. And upon completion of the season, a boxed retail version with even more features still will be sold with for $39.99.

Resident Evil: Revelations 2 is coming to PS4, PS3, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC in early 2015.
