You know we’re crazy for Resident Evil 5. After the stellar Resident Evil 4, who wouldn’t be? Capcom just sent word that the new Resident Evil 5 Web site is now live.

The presentation of this site is super-slick and Flash-heavy, but it’s worth it to wait for the loading. With your mouse, you’re able to navigate through the city of Kijuju, where you’ll see everything from grass huts to seedy dark alleys. You’ll also witness acts of violence by angry Kijujuians, the same guys who beat you down constantly in RE5.

Scroll over the bottom center to check out videos, info, and even downloadables like wallpapers and buddy icons. The Game Features section now has info on co-op game play, and details on environments and enemies are coming later. I recommend checking out the gallery, as there are some screens that we haven’t seen before.

In the Previews section, you can read the some nice quotes from the press member that have played the game, including one from yours truly from my hands-on time at E3 earlier this year.

Just from the look of this site, I’d guess that it is packed with hidden easter eggs. Let us know if you come across something.
