Report: XSEED publishing Killer is Dead in the US

In any case, Superannuation caught XSEED registering the domain. XSEED also registered and, which may be tied to marketing efforts for Suda51's next title.

Seems like the thing to do now is for Japanese developers is to publish through XSEED in the US. The Last Story, Pandora's Tower, and now hopefully Killer is Dead will join a plethora of other Japanese games that XSEED have brought over.
