PS3 and PC versions of Modern Warfare 2 DLC dated

Microsoft's "exclusively first" stranglehold on the first map pack for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, dubbed the "Stimulus Package," will end on May 4th. Activision and Infinity Ward creative strategist Robert Bowling have confirmed that the map pack will hit the PS3 and PC in North America on that date. Our brothers from Aussie and European mothers (who still reside in their respective countries) will have to wait an extra day as the pack is slated for a Wednesday, May 5th release.

The Xbox 360 version of the DLC has seen record sales. Around 2.5 million people downloaded it in its first nine days, earning it a place amongst the fastest selling pieces of downloadable content ever despite its rough start.
