Project Phoenix Kickstarter flies past $1M

I'm really interested in seeing how this turns out

The Kickstarter for the intriguing Project Phoenix is done, and it's soared past the one million dollar mark. With talent like the legendary composer Nobuo Uematsu and artist Kiyoshi Arai attached, it's no wonder this project met its goal -- the next step is waiting until the far away release date of mid 2015.

Project Phoenix is planned for the PC, Mac, Linux, PS4, and Vita platforms, with an iOS release of some sort. If you're still keen on donating to the project, you can do so via PayPal with different reward tiers compared to the Kickstarter.
