Pre-E3 09: Brutal Legend is a game you must get

Recommended Videos

Up until about two months ago, Brutal Legend wasn’t anywhere on my list of games that I must own this year. That all changed the night I met Tim Schafer and he demonstrated to me what Brutal Legend was all about. Ten minutes into the preview with Tim, I knew that I must own Brutal Legend.

If you read Nick’s preview on the game, then you pretty much have a basic understanding of Brutal Legend’s story already so the clip after the break from GameTrailers TV won’t be much of a surprise. The scene takes place shortly after main character Eddie Riggs and Ophelia return to the resistances base of operation where Eddie realizes his purpose in the strange new land he was magically transported to.

And yes, I really mean what I say in the title of this post. You must get this game when it’s released this Rocktober.
