[Update: Niantic just announced Pokémon Go is now available for download in France.]
Pokémon Go is out now in 26 new markets across Europe, The Pokémon Company just announced.
Following the mobile sensation's release in Italy, Germany, Spain, Portugal, and the United Kingdom earlier in the week, its reach now includes: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, and Switzerland.
For those keeping score at home, that leaves Albania, Belarus, Bosnia-Herzegovina, France, Kosovo, Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Russia, Serbia, and Ukraine as European nations (or at least ones easily identifiable without a magnifying glass -- apologies to all our readers in Andorra, Liechtenstein, Monaco, and San Marino) currently still without the hot new smartphone game.
