Peggle Nights expansion coming to XBLA this fall

Peggle Xbox LIVE Arcade DLC is a thing that is happening this fall.

This morning, PopCap Games announced the existence of Peggle Nights, an expansion for the lauded — we liked it, at least — XBLA release. The content adds sixty levels and challenges to the core game, as well as a new Peggle master, three new Achievements and a Trophy room (whatever that is).

The official release makes it clear that fans planning to buy Peggle Nights will receive all of the content PC and Macintosh owners have been enojying for many moons now. The frills of the XBLA release (multiplayer, stats, and leaderboard support) will be added to the expansion, so don’t panic.

In addition to all of this, new style shots have been announced. They will be added to Peggle as a free title upgrade after purchasing Peggle Nights.

The price of the expansion has yet to be decided.
