If you didn’t already know, Sega’s OutRun: Online Arcade is now available on Xbox LIVE Arcade. (Go figure.) It’s a racing title that doesn’t mess with realistic physics or conventional rewards. Whenever you do something hot — like sliding for half a mile — your lady passenger’s heart goes aflutter. Almost literally.
You can check out the game in picture form in the gallery or hit the break for a special launch trailer. It’s never too late to pump a game. (Especially ones with a Ferrari license.)
I haven’t had a chance to play OutRun quite yet, but it’s on my to-do list. I’m anxious to see how the online component (up to six players) holds up. Are you guys digging it? Or are you holding off for another title?
