Fixing connection issues a ‘top priority’
Here we are. The eShop hasn’t been its normal self lately, as some of you may have experienced first hand this week. Nintendo will be taking the storefront offline later today for maintenance.
“In an effort to manage the high volume of traffic and ultimately improve your experience, we are temporarily taking the Nintendo eShop services offline between the hours of 4 p.m. – 4 a.m. ET,” wrote the company. “Thank you so much for your continued patience. We will keep you updated.”
Here’s hoping everything goes smoothly and the Pokémon Bank isn’t far off.
