New, original Capcom 2D fighter coming soon

Here’s some news. Ready? Capcom will soon be announcing a new and original 2D fighter. That’s it. That’s all of the information we have. This has been confirmed over at a fiery teaser Web site, found over at Capcom’s official Japanese page.  

The page simply says, amidst flames: 

The first original Capcom fighting game in 3 years finally makes its debut.

When? Where? What? Oh dear, the anticipation burns. It’s likely an arcade game, and it’s likely we’ll be hearing more about it shortly. Keep your pants on and speculate away.
