New Final Fantasy XIV Job Actions video sure is flashy

Man I love these sound effects

The relaunch of Final Fantasy XIV as A Realm Reborn is only a couple of months away, after the original version failed all that time ago. In order to drum up some excitement and interest, a new video has been released demonstrating some of the spells and skills available to the various classes. They sure are pretty to look at, even if I'm not completely sure what they're actually using in this video.

I played Final Fantasy XI for quite some time, and hearing all of these familiar sound effects again gets me a bit warm and tingly inside. I'm pretty optimistic for the MMO relaunch, if for nothing else than to bask in the wonderful aesthetic that I loved so much about FFXI.
