Monster Hunter: World to celebrate Summer with special event

0

You're gonna need a bigger barbecue

Capcom has revealed that they are planning a special in-game event for July, bringing all the sunny fun of the Summer to the popular adventure title Monster Hunter: World.

Starting July 13 and running until July 26, the Summer Twilight Fest will see familiar areas, such as the Celestial Pursuit, adorned in bright and colourful decorations. The Handler and their adorable Poogie sidekick will get special Summer outfits, though it remains to be seen whether new gear will be made available for you and your Palico.

There will be surprise login bonuses and flash events. Also, for the duration of the Twilight Fest, almost all previous event quests will be set live once again. This will give you an opportunity to get out in the Summer air and get some quality grinding done... as opposed to getting out in the actual Summer air.

Monster Hunter: World is available now on PS4 and Xbox One.
