Miyamoto explains Pikmin 3's Bingo Battle mode

His enthuiasm is infectious

After some confusion about whether or not Pikmin 3 was going to be a Wii U launch title, it feels like we've been waiting forever to play the game. But finally, we're down to the last few months, and Shigeru Miyamoto is here to make the wait a little less painful with an explanation of a multiplayer mode in the game called Bingo Battle.

In it, each player has a bingo card, and races to gather Pikmin and complete their cards. It's really hard to figure out what's going on because Miyamoto is so excited about the game and is laughing constantly. To me, that's a good sign.

Oh, and Bill "Gabe from The Office" Trinen is in the video too.
