Speaking of downgrading next-gen games, here’s another concept to chew on: BioWare’s Miles Holmes says that the developer is considering bringing Mass Effect, Dragon Age and Jade Empire to the DS. In fact, he also mentioned that Sonic Chronicles was a specific effort in hopes of getting BioWare’s handheld division off the ground.
Holmes specifies that he would want to see Mass Effect on the DS the most out of all the franchises, also mentioning that the studio has a lot of plans for the series. For me, Mass Effect is another one of those titles that, like BioShock, I prefer to play in all its high-res glory, but I can’t say I wouldn’t be interested to see what a DS incarnation might look like. Thoughts?
