Macintosh version of BioShock hitting October 7

The Macintosh version of BioShock is still happening. Earlier this morning, Feral Interactive — the porters of the title — pegged October 7th as the game’s release date. They also shared some pricing details: BioShock Mac will cost fifty bones in North American and forty European bones across Europe.

Feral Interactive is not supporting Intel integrated GMA video chipsets. Other than that small caveat any 1.8 GHz or above Macintosh with 1.5 GB of RAM, 8 gigs of hard drive space and a 128 MB or above graphics card should be able to run the game.

Better late than never right? If you’re wicked excited for this port you can pre-order the title through Feral Interactive’s online store through this link.
