Tomorrow (February 10), Sony’s LocoRoco 2 hits retail. In much the typical way, Sony are celebrating the launch of the game with assets. Above is the launch trailer for the game and below in the gallery are tons of smiling faces, bright colors and lush environments. Doesn’t just looking at the game’s stuff make you want to hug puppies?
My review for the happy-go-lucky PlayStation Portable title went up earlier this afternoon and I encourage you to check it out , especially if you didn’t enjoy the gameplay depth of its predecessor. Sony added in a few really cool features (biting, swinging, and swimming) that helped create a more versatile game. It’s definitely an improvement that was needed.
I also want to mention that if you do have a PSP and you haven’t checked out LocoRoco, now might be the best time to do it. LocoRoco 2 has a suggested retail price of $19.99 which is almost five dollars cheaper than the price GameStop is charging for the original game.
