LittleBigPlanet really hasn’t had a lot of luck. Having got over its delay, the latest hurdle facing the PS3’s crown jewel is a mass of online problems, including level theft, trophy whoring and broken or unfinished uploads. It doesn’t help that the servers have been struggling to cope as well.

In fact, the problems are so great that LBP‘s online mode has been pulled. The official reason for this is being stated as “glitching issues” which are apparently affecting offline play. All we know at the moment is that Media Molecule is working hard to fix the problems.

Wow, really bad news for what is Sony’s biggest exclusives of the generation this far. A week’s delay, controversy, a load of bugs and abuse and now a server pull. Smooth sailing this has not been.
