Let's celebrate the announcement of Driveclub VR with the guy who romantically loves car interiors

The passion

So Driveclub is back from the dead, even if its developers are gone. Yep, Driveclub VR is a thing, and will arrive on Sony's newest piece of hardware on October 13 for 4,900 yen (roughly $50). But none of that is important.

Occasionally, I think of the dude who first presented the ill-fated Driveclub back in 2013. I don't think I'll ever love anything as much as this guy loves digital cars. You can watch for yourself in the video below starting at 3:00 if you don't remember him -- you can almost hear him climaxing when talking about fibers and light. Now you can actually feel it -- in VR!

For your enjoyment, I've captured the exact moment when he says "we've gone borderline insane [with real world details]."

You're welcome.
