Konami teases new Silent Hill game

Konami threw its annual Gamer’s Night event yesterday here in San Francisco, where they showed off their upcoming 2010 lineup. At the very end of Konami’s presentation, they had a little surprise in store, and revealed a brand new Silent Hill title.

In the trailer, an unidentified man stands around in the middle of a open field, panicked and trying to find something that’s after him. He turns around frantically until something surprises him from behind. The title appears to be in development for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

No date was given and … well, nothing was given, in fact. We didn’t even see anything that said this was a new Silent Hill game. We were just lead to assume it was. For all we know, this could just be a new Dance Dance Revolution game.

We’ll have more for you on the new Silent Hill game as soon as Konami reveals more.
