Iran is the first country to ban Pokemon Go

Pokemon? No

Iran has become the first country to ban the hugely popular Pokemon Go. The decision was made by The High Council of Virtual Spaces, the wonderfully-named authority on such things..

According to the BBC, the ban is related to "unspecified security concerns" after "[r]eports last month said Iranian authorities were waiting to see to what extent the game's creators would co-operate with them before making a decision on banning it."

Iran isn't the only concerned nation, just the first to ban the game. Remember that Russia fears it is a CIA psyop meant to destabilize the country.
