I am confused by this 'Hadouken Cabs' video

Someone explain what it means

This video is strange. It's a cheesy advert for the PlayStation 4, posing as a cheesy advert for a Street Fighter-themed taxi service. It's pretty well packed with references to the storied franchise and concludes with just the briefest glimpses of distorted PS4 hardware photos, the PlayStation face button symbols and a hashtag.

It's been so long since the utterly bizarre marketing surrounding the PlayStation 3 that I'd forgotten that Sony could be prone to creating ads which I am unable to comprehend. The provenance of the video remains unknown and we're left to ponder what this means about the franchise's presence on the new console and the relationship between Capcom and Sony, if anything at all.
