During Disney Dreamlight Valley’s “A Bit of Help From Your Friends” quest, you’ll complete Gaston, Rapunzel, and EVE’s pre-requisite quests before venturing into Eternity Isle’s ancient ruins. In these ruins, you’ll encounter multiple trials, including EVE’s ancient console that requires batteries, also known as Ancient Power Coils, to power up.
Ancient Power Coil locations in Disney Dreamlight Valley
Powering up the ancient console in the North Chamber with EVE requires collecting three Ancient Power Coils. You can find them in the following three locations:
- At the beginning of the Ancient Ruins, in front of the entrance.
- In the center room, next to the entrance to Rapunzel’s puzzle room.
- In the North Chamber, to the left of the doorway.
Immediately after entering the Ancient Ruins, you’ll spot your first rock in the water just before the second archway. In this boulder is a blue power coil poking out the top, indicating it’s the correct stone to break. Use your pickaxe to destroy this rock and pick up your first Ancient Power Coil.
After picking up the first power coil in the waterlogged entrance area, you’ll spot the second boulder upon entering the main room. You’ll find a square in the center, various small platforms, and the boulder to the left of the music note Chamber. Break this boulder to get your second Ancient Power Coil.
The last coil boulder is in EVE’s North Chamber room with the console. Upon entering the room, turn left to spot the stone with the power coil sticking out. Although the image below was taken after I destroyed the rock, you can expect to find it near the room’s entrance.
Once you find all three Ancient Power Coils, place them inside the empty battery chambers along the back wall before stepping on the pedestal behind the console. Doing this will power up the console, complete EVE’s North Chamber room, and get you one step closer to finishing the “A Bit of Help From Your Friends” quest and unlocking Oswald in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
