Hey Lemmy, watcha playin’? Star Fox, apparently

Did you know that Lemmy (that’s Lemmy Kilminster, founder of Motörhead. Not one of the other Lemmies) is a videogame fan? Not only that, but a fan of the classics too. As well as being into medieval battles and bladed weaponry, the legendary rocker is a lover of Star Fox. It’s true!

“He collects swords and knives, and we talked about medieval battles,” explains Brutal Legend developer Tim Schafer, whose game features an appearance by Lemmy. “I got to hang out with him a little bit, and he plays videogames. He really likes StarFox.”

Yeah, we know. It’s barely a news story, but sod off. The idea of old Lemmy playing Star Fox and really getting into it is a worthy enough mental image to justify posting this article.
