Here's some HD footage of Linkle in Hyrule Warriors Wii U



The vast majority of the footage so far for Hyrule Warriors Legends has been by way of the 3DS, but it's not exactly the most impressive platform for showing off the new characters. Compliments of NintenDaan on YouTube, we now have a better idea of how they'll operate once you transfer them to the Wii U.

Yep, he has confirmed what Nintendo said in the past: buying the game on 3DS will net you a code to play as the new cast on Wii U. Check out Linkle and Skull Kid below!
