Here is a look at every character in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate so far

66 in total

It should be no surprise to anyone that the Super Smash Bros. Invitational at E3 was won by ZeRo. He came out of retirement to compete, and with his excellent Mario play, walked away with his second Nintendo Smash championship. From all of us here at Destructoid, congratulations ZeRo. You're one hell of a competitor.

Of course, Mario is just one of the fighters featured in Smash Ultimate. In total, including the Echo Fighters, there are 66 playable characters in the game -- or 68 if you count each Pokémon with the Pokémon Trainer individually. That number could grow before its November release if certain rumors prove true.

We wanted to give you a better look at each fighter in the game, so we dumped the entire Nintendo press package for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and uploaded it into the gallery below. Take a look at your favorite fighter and get a glimpse of new additions Ridley, Inkling, and Daisy.
