We’ve been running around slathering drool on everything related to the upcoming Ghostbusters game, despite its move from Activision Blizzard hands to those of Atari. After all, this is one of the most beloved films of all time — it’s understandable that people are hopeful for a good game adaption. But there definitely were times this year when it seemed that the title would never see the light of day, despite what some people had to say about the matter.
Announced in London today, it looks like fans of all things paranormal finally have a date to look forward to: June 2009. Atari also announced a ton of other titles, including Ready 2 Rumble Revolution, Tetsuya Mizuguchi music title QJ, and Q3, which will be a box set including Rez HD, Lumines Live and Every Extend Extra Extreme.
Are you planning on picking up Ghostbusters when it hits shelves next year?
