Get your scare on with Street Fighter V's new Halloween costumes


Go home and be a melting man

I've never really been one to sing the praises of Capcom's Street Fighter V skins. Frankly, I don't think they're very good, especially when compared to the mods made by the fan community for free. There is one area where Capcom do seem to get it right, however, and that's when Halloween hits.

In addition to the new Darkstalkers skins headed toward SFV this week, Capcom is also releasing a new wave of neato Halloween-themed outfits. These include a witch's getup for Kolin, a gross-ass flesh-torn zombie for Guile and an amusing Cyclops variant for Abigail, his first DLC outfit to date. Falke becomes a sort-of... I dunno... sexy grim reaper.

Ok, these don't quite match up to quality of Corpse Bride Cammy, Vampire Vega and Devil Juri from previous Halloween events, but they sure beat out those crappy maid costumes from last month. You can check out the spoopy outfits - which cost four bucks apiece - in the gallery and trailer below.

Street Fighter V is available now on PS4 and PC.
