Leaks for Genshin Impact flow like spice, but at this point it’s nice to see some official materials. Enter new Genshin Impact characters thanks to some Twitter reveals.

So Sayu, Kamisato, Kaedehara, and Yoimiya are coming to town eventually, and now we have some official art side dishes to go with those main course leaks.

Yoimiya is one of the highlights: another ranged character (pyro) who is the owner of Naganohara Fireworks. You might notice the Inazuma symbol on her bow. Kaedehara Kazuha is sure to be in demand, as an anemo wandering samurai: the character sells itself.

Kamisato Ayaka is also in, the daughter of the Yashiro Commission’s Kamisato Clan. She’s a cryo! Finally, Sayu is going to be one of the most beloved of the new batch, as the anemo ninja that wears a tanuki outfit. These new Genshin Impact characters are slated to be spliced up in update 1.6 and beyond, which is slated for a June 9 release date.

Right now the game is still enjoying a healthy growing playerbase, as more people than ever are following leaks and new information for the game. It’s been fascinating to watch it grow from a cautiously optimistic new IP to what it is today. Speaking of old content, Klee will see a boosted drop rate soon after 1.6.
