Game SERIES Debate to the Death! Grandia series

In the last debate we tackled the entire Dragon Quest series and tasked everyone with choosing their single favorite game. Some older titles got more support than I expected, and some got less, but when the dust finally settled there was one clear winner at the top. Here are the results:

  • Dragon Quest VIII (31 votes) -- Winner!
  • Dragon Quest V (10 votes)
  • Dragon Quest III (7 votes)
  • Dragon Quest IV (4 votes)
  • Dragon Quest VII (2 votes)
  • Dragon Warrior Monsters (2 votes)
  • Dragon Quest Heroes: Rocket Slime (2 votes)
  • Dragon Warrior Monsters 2 (1 votes)
  • Dragon Quest I (1 votes)

This week is the same as last week, except now you're all discussing which Grandia game was the best out of the entire series. I know Grandia hasn't had as many players as most of the series in this tournament, but it still deserves a chance to compete. Which one game is so good that it deserves a spot in the tournament to fight on behalf of all the others that don't make the cut?

Tell us what sets it apart from every other game in its series, and get us stoked to see it in the tournament! Give it some serious thought, share your reasoning with all of us, and then check back next week to see how your game did!
