From Software jumps on teaser site bandwagon

Recommended Videos

I would admonish developers for creating really annoying and vapid teaser Web sites that contain nothing of interest, but we bloggers post about them like the predictable little bumblebees that we are, so I guess From Software’s ploy has worked. Yes, the developer of the critically acclaimed Ninja Blade has a teaser up for a new project. It has no reason to exist, but it’s there.

As you can see from our header image, the site shows a door blocked off by a rope, with a sign that reads: “2009.5.22 OPEN.” It could well be yet another Armored Core or Tenchu game, or it could be something else entirely. If the teaser’s imagery is linked to the game in any way, I can’t see this game being related to anything on From’s roster. A little too cosy for the aforementioned franchises, and certainly too plush for Demon’s Souls

We’ll have to wait to find out. Stupid teaser sites.
