Naruto Fortnite collaboration

More Naruto skins are coming to Fortnite this week

Gaara and more join the battle royale

This week, Fortnite gets even more Naruto characters in the mix. Four more characters from the manga and anime series are dropping into Fortnite‘s Item Shop on June 23, this Thursday.

The four candidates chosen this time around are some recognizable faces, even if you’re not too familiar with Naruto. Itachi Uchiha and Orochimaru bring some menacing presence to the field, while Gaara is the rival-turned-ally of the group. Also joining the crew is Hinata, a Hyuga clan Shinobi who grows close to the cast, especially Naruto.

Add these to the already added Naruto characters in Fortnite, like Sasuke and the titular shinobi, and you’ve got a lot of options for fans of the ninja-themed series.

Alongside the skins themselves, there are also a bunch of backpacks, gliders, and emotes to pick up as part of this “Rivals” drop. There are bundles too, packing together some of the characters, cosmetics, and some loading screens as well. You can find the full rundown here.

Return to the village

Additionally, from 8 p.m. ET on June 23 to 8 p.m. ET on July 7, the gates to the Hidden Leaf Village Map will open up again. The adventure area has plenty of locations to explore, as well as quests to complete and unlock more areas. Nindo Community Challenges are also back, oepning up today to earn some cosmetic rewards.

Now, I’m not the biggest Naruto fan, so these admittedly do little for me. But if I may still make a humble request: if we’re going to keep adding Naruto characters to Fortnite, Rock Lee needs to be in the picture.
