Five Nights at Freddy's Creator Teases Novelization

Let's call it Five Novels at Freddy's

Scott Cawthon, creator of the cult breakout Five Nights at Freddy's, has continued his long standing tradition of announcing Fazbear related news in the most convenient way possible. Secret coded messages.

On December 11th, some fans noticed that the image on his website,, had changed from a teaser relating to the previously announced FNAF World, to an image of Freddy Fazbear himself, overlaid with text reading “Five Nights at Freddy's The Untold Story. Coming soon.”

When the image is opened in a new tab, it becomes obvious that the file name is 'FNAF_TheNovel.jpg'. More information, still, can be found by right clicking and selecting the option to view the source code for the website. Within a metadata tag is the hidden phrase, “Coming soon to Amazon Kindle, very soon."

This might be the last piece of the mangled puzzle that is the FNAF franchise, or it could introduce even more information to leave fans and theorists alike tearing out their hair in frustration. Personally, I'm waiting for the cartoon series!
