Fire Emblem Heroes 'Brave Echoes' update adds another Camilla because Camilla

Everyone's looking wintry already

Nintendo has dropped a trailer for the next update for their mobile battler Fire Emblem Heroes. Having spent the last month or so adding characters from recent Switch release Fire Emblem: Three Houses, it appears that Heroes is reverting back to sending classic Fire Emblem characters back into battle.

The latest quartet headed to the roster are variants of Fire Emblem's Eliwood, Radiant Dawn's Micaiah, Shadow of Valentia's Alm and, finally, Fire Emblem Fates' Camilla. Although the latter is definitely one of my favourite characters, I gotta admit, maybe we have enough Camillas... What am I saying? You can never have enough Camillas.

Alongside the new heroes comes a new paralogue story chapter, "Brave Heroes". The new update will launch in-game tomorrow, August 16 at 00:00 PT / 03:00 ET / 07:00 BST.

Fire Emblem Heroes is available now on iOS and Android devices. Fire Emblem: Three Houses is available now on Nintendo Switch.
